The Cookie
It goes in frozen. It comes out molten.
The center is a disc of peanut butter frozen rock-solid, sealed inside the dough and baked. The outside sets before the core can escape. What you get is a crackled, fork-pressed shell around a peanut butter center that pulls.

4 oz of dough, pastry flour, butter, and a lot of peanut butter. Fork-pressed the old way.

2 oz of peanut butter, frozen overnight into a disc so the center stays molten wall to wall, not in one lump.
